The adoption of corporate governance best practices is a priority, concerning the increasing importance of transparency, diversity (gender and specialization) and communication, complemented also as a model in measuring performance and reputation.

The Corporate Governance program provides a multidisciplinary experience, including 3 blocks of subjects: Governance, Commissions and Strategy. Its purpose is to prepare and develop the members of bodies from a fit-and-proper viewpoint to the demanding challenges of roles in the leadership of institutions.
