A Practical Guide to Enhancing your Professional Career by Means of Working Abroad

Today, more than ever, globalization, free trade and our globally-integrated economy create outstanding opportunities for professionals and managers looking to enhancing their careers by working across international borders. With these opportunities comes the need to learn about the cultural characteristics and dynamics that prevail in foreign business environments.

This program is intended to provide you with a practical guide to prepare you to “fly away” and capture career growth opportunities in other countries. During three intensive and interactive days, filled with down-to-earth advice and sharing insights from your coordinator’s own “expatriate” experiences as a global manager, you will learn about the cultural differences in work orientation, business practices, customs and protocols in the USA, Canada, and in selected countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

WHO SHOULD ENROLL

  • Any professional with a desire to move abroad at some point of their careers, soon or further in the future
  • Executives currently working at multinational companies, with a high probability of moving abroad internally
  • Spouses who want to join their partners in moving abroad without harming their own careers
