Holding a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. in Management from INSEAD, Luís Almeida Costa is a Professor at Nova SBE. He also teaches in several other international business schools, such as IMD and INSEAD. He was responsible for many consulting projects and conducted hundreds of executive programs for companies and governmental agencies throughout Europe, in Africa, in the Middle East and in Southeast Asia.
Paulo Soares de Pinho

Academic Diretor of The Lisbon MBA and Associate Professor of Nova SBE, Paulo Pinho is also a Visiting Professor at Cass Business School in London and at Luxembourg University. Currently, Paulo is a Managing Director at Sonae Capital and Change Partners, SCR and President of the Supervisory Board of Novabase. The professor has a strong background as consultant for financial companies both in Portugal and the UK.
