INCREASING PRESSURE TO DELIVER
Organizations and leaders are under increasing pressure to deliver on targets and promises, in a world that is facing unprecedented and accelerating change. This paradox of predictability in the face of uncertainty has placed significant pressures on leaders and their teams to re-think their planning processes, the way they operate and execute, and the way they build organizational culture and practices.
The questions remain. How to drive productivity and reap the benefits of scale without slowing down our decision-making? How to leverage the benefits of technology to better align a sharper and smarter talent pool that can deliver more with less?
In this 2-day, intensive program, participants will be challenged to re-think their role as drivers of organizational agility, of decision-making and, consequently, of productivity, growth and profitability.
Who should attend?
- Senior managers involved in the strategic formulation process
- Managers transitioning from operational to strategic and leadership roles
- Managers responsible for delivering results across multiple geographies or markets
- Managers in lean and matrixed structures with direct and indirect P&L responsibilities
